Baatein is run by [Company name — to be registered] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Who can use Baatein

• You must be 18 years or older. We ask you to confirm this when you sign up.
• One account per person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

What Baatein is

A place to talk to real people by voice: for company, for fun, or to learn something (for example English practice, career or exam guidance). Hosts are independent people who set themselves online and earn a share of what callers pay. Baatein is for conversation and learning. It is not a dating or adult service.

Balance and billing

• You add money to your Baatein balance. 1 coin = ₹1, and we always show the rupee value.
• A call is charged per second at the host's rate shown before you call. The meter starts only when both people are connected, and the first 10 seconds of every call are free.
• If a call does not connect, you pay nothing. Every charge appears in your wallet with the call details.
• All payments are final. There are no refunds of balance or call charges (see the refund policy).

Your behaviour

You must follow the content policy. If you break it we may end calls, give strikes, suspend or close your account. We always tell you the reason, and you can appeal.

Hosts

Hosts must complete verification before taking paid calls. Host earnings, payouts and deductions (such as TDS) are covered by a separate host agreement.

Liability

Hosts are not our employees, and their advice (for example on careers, exams or astrology) is their own opinion, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
