Refund and cancellation policy

All payments are final

Baatein does not give refunds. Money you add to your balance cannot be refunded, withdrawn or transferred, and charges for calls are not reversed. Please add only what you plan to use.

How we make sure you are charged fairly

Because there are no refunds, the meter is built so you only pay for real talk time:

• Calls that do not connect, and time spent ringing or reconnecting, cost nothing.
• The first 10 seconds of every call are free.
• The meter starts only when both of you are connected and stops the moment the call ends or drops.
• You see the host's rate before you call, and the cost live on screen during the call.
• Every charge is listed in your wallet with the call time, length and host.

Cancellation

You can end a call at any time, and charging stops at once. You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Any balance left in it is not refunded.

Failed payments

If money left your bank or UPI account but your balance did not go up, the payment did not complete. Your bank or Razorpay returns that money automatically, normally within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us via contact with the payment time and amount.
